Where is my eFaktura?

1. Once you have been identified with BankID and accept receipt of the eFaktura at Bill Kill (during the registration process), you will automatically see all your unprocessed eFaktura in the app.

By "unprocessed" we mean invoices that haven't been approved for payment, changed, deleted or canceled on your online bank. As Bill Kill is dynamic with the banks, an eFaktura you process in Bill Kill will disappear from other online bank platforms and vice versa. The same applies if you have several bank customer relationships.

2. If you managed to skip the approval of the e-invoice during the registration process, you can accept by going to PROFILE - EFAKTURA - RECEIVE EFAKTURA.

3. Very rarely you might experience that your eFaktura-alias is in use by someone else, preferably someone in your family or from your household. Then you must contact your bank and change your eFaktura alias which is your email address to be able to use Bill Kill with eFaktura.

How can I pay several times to the same issuer without putting the payment information manually?

Bill Kill has an in-app feature that simplifies the work.

Do the following:

  1. Find the last invoice you paid to the recipient (see under "Paid Invoices")
  2. Tap the invoice and then "Pay again"
  3. Change the due date and check that the amount is correct
  4. Approve for payment

You should now see the invoice under "Scheduled invoices" (slide 2)

Do I get points from all payment transactions?

No, it depens on which credit card you are using. It is entirely up to card issuers whether they award points for a payment transaction or not. It's an agreement between you the card issuer. We recommend that you contact the relevant card issuer if you have further questions about earning points and have a request for benefits for that are not cash withdrawals. We experience that some card issuers registeres the payment transactions as a cash withdrawal (without fees). Amex gives points for all their transactions* (see the list of banned issuer)

We are actively working for more card issuers to join the team, and motivate consumers to pay invoices by the due date by providing points for the transactions in Bill Kill that are not a cash withdrawal.

I can't register my Amex card to pay for the subscription. Why?

To register and use Amex in Bill Kill you need to be a Master Bill Kill.

Amex cannot be used to pay subscriptions with and you must therefore enter another type of card such as Visa or Mastercard.

Enter PROFILE - PAYMENT METHODS right next to subscription to add another card.

Why can I not see my unpaid invoices (eFaktura)?

Bill Kill is on the same platform as the banks for eFaktura, and therefore dynamic with the banks. An eFaktura will disappear/will not be visible in Bill Kill if you have already processed it in your online bank and vice versa.  The same principle applies if you have several bank customer relationships and process eFaktura. By "processing" we mean approving for payment, modifying, deleting or cancelling a eFaktura.

If you missed the approvement at registration, you can do so by accessing PROFILE - EFAKTURA - APPROVING EFAKTURA.

How long does it take for the issuer to see my payment?

The amount on the invoice will be automatically initiated on the due date unless you have changed the payment date. When Bill Kill has receive the amount/fund from the card issers, it will be remitted to the issuer. We recommend everyone to calculate 1-3 working days before due date. You can always stop a payment after approval if the transaction hasn't been completed.

Which card should I use to maximize the benefits?

It depends on what kind of credit card benefits you want to reach. Amex cards or Amex Eurobonus usually gives best benefits since you can earn the Eurobonus or points at the and qualify for a companion ticket. Strawberry Mastercard gives benefits on all transactions in Bill Kill too. For other credit card that our users appreciate and uses in the app, check: https://www.billkill.no/top-5-cards

We are working actively with other card issuers for allowing point-earning and motivate consumers to pay invoices by the due date.

Can I change the due date on an invoice?

Yes.

Change the due date on your invoice by tapping the date and amount on the invoice. Be aware that the system does not accept due dates back in time.

I get an error message saying "make sure you have coverage on your registrered card in the weapons store"

This message comes from the card issuer, not from Bill Kill. Some card issuers choose to register the transaction as a cash withdrawal. You are most likely getting this message due to the cash withdrawal limit has been exceeded. Check with your card issuer about the transactions and what your cash withdrawal limit is. This has nothing to do with you ordinary credit limit on the card.

Unfortunately, Bill Kill has no influence of points registration. Transactions on Bill Kill app are not cash withdrawals, so we recommend our users to contact the card issuer regarding this.

Do Bill Kill have a recruitment campaign?

Yes, we have.

Inside the app under profile and "recruit a friend" you will find your referral code, if any of your friends use this referral code when registering or subscribing, you will both receive Zen points.

In order to use the referral code and receive Zen for this, the person you refer cannot have been an MBK/Ninja in the last 6 months.
