Vad är Zen?
Zen är Bill Kills eget belöningssystem. Zen består av två poänggrupper:
Grundpoäng och Extrapoäng.
Grundpoäng kan tjänas av alla och räknas mot status- och bältesnivå. Extrapoäng är förbehållna Master Bill Kill och +Biz och kan endast tjänas och användas av dem som har ett aktivt abonnemang. Extrapoäng kan användas för att täcka transaktionsavgifter.
Du kan tjäna Zen-poäng genom att utföra olika aktiviteter i appen, till exempel godkänna en faktura, värva en vän eller teckna ett Master Bill Kill- eller +Biz-abonnemang.
I menyn ”Power” kan du när som helst se dina Grundpoäng och Extrapoäng samt din historik.
Du kan tjäna Extrapoäng genom att vara aktiv i Bill Kill.
Extrapoäng ges bland annat när du:
• godkänner en faktura
• värvar en vän eller själv blir värvad
• tecknar ett Master- eller +Biz-abonnemang
MASTER BILL KILL
1 000 Extrapoäng motsvarar 1 krona.
Grundpoäng kan tjänas av alla. Extrapoäng kan endast tjänas med Master Bill Kill och +Biz och kan användas för att täcka transaktionsavgifter.
Extrapoäng är förbehållna användare med Master Bill Kill och +Biz. Du förlorar därför eventuella kvarvarande Extrapoäng en månad efter att abonnemanget avslutats. Om du tecknar ett nytt abonnemang inom en månad behåller du dina kvarvarande Extrapoäng.
Gå till fliken ”Power” eller ”Mina Zen-poäng” i fliken ”Profil”. Där får du en fullständig översikt över alla dina Grundpoäng och Extrapoäng samt din historik.
Observera att endast slutförda aktiviteter visas i historiken. Om du till exempel har godkänt en faktura kommer poängen först att registreras efter att fakturabeloppet har betalats till mottagaren.
Värvningsbonusen beror på om personen du värvade tecknar ett abonnemang eller inte, samt om du själv är Ninja eller Master Bill Kill.
Ninja värvar Ninja:
Grundpoäng blir synliga i appen efter 14 dagars medlemskap.
Ninja värvar Master Bill Kill:
Zen-poäng blir synliga i appen efter att ångerfristen på 14 dagar har löpt ut.
Master Bill Kill värvar Ninja:

Vi vill uppmärksamma att missbruk av värvningsprogrammet kan leda till att kontot stängs och att intjänade Zen-poäng förverkas.
For norwegian users:
1. Once you have been identified with BankID and accept receipt of the eFaktura at Bill Kill (during the registration process), you will automatically see all your unprocessed eFaktura in the app.
By "unprocessed" we mean invoices that haven't been approved for payment, changed, deleted or canceled on your online bank. As Bill Kill is dynamic with the banks, an eFaktura you process in Bill Kill will disappear from other online bank platforms and vice versa. The same applies if you have several bank customer relationships.
2. If you managed to skip the approval of the e-invoice during the registration process, you can accept by going to PROFILE - EFAKTURA - RECEIVE EFAKTURA.
3. Very rarely you might experience that your eFaktura-alias is in use by someone else, preferably someone in your family or from your household. Then you must contact your bank and change your eFaktura alias which is your email address to be able to use Bill Kill with eFaktura.
For swedish users:
We are working to ensure that Swedish users also receive all their e-invoices in Bill Kill, but at the moment Swedish e-invoices are not automatically included in the app.
Zen-poäng blir synliga när fakturabeloppet har betalats ut till mottagaren.
Nej, det är inte möjligt att kombinera både en värvningskod och en rabattkod vid tecknande av abonnemang. Du måste välja en av dem.
Det kan bero på flera orsaker.
• Du har inte tillräckligt med Extrapoäng tillgängliga.
• Du har sagt upp ditt Master Bill Kill-abonnemang. Du kan fortfarande se dina Extrapoäng i upp till en månad efter uppsägningen, men du kan inte använda dem om du inte tecknar abonnemanget igen.
• Dina poäng är i vänteläge. Det innebär att den aktivitet som ger poäng ännu inte har slutförts. Detta kan till exempel inträffa om fakturan du godkände ännu inte har betalats ut till mottagaren, eller om personen du har värvat inte har tecknat Master Bill Kill.
What is Zen?
Zen is Bill Kill's own rewards system. Zen consists of two point groups;
Basic points and Extra points.
Basic points can be earned by Ninja and Master Bill Kill, and are counted towards the status and belt level. Extra points are reserved for Master Bill Kill, and can only be earned and used by those with an active subscription. Extra points can be used to pay fees in a payment transaction.
As a user, you can earn Zen points by performing various actions in the app, such as paying an invoice by the due date, recruiting a friend or signing a Master Bill Kill subscription. A final list will be published later.
Under "Ninja Power", you'll see all your Basic Points and Extra Points, as well as your consumption history of Zen at all times. Be an active user and reduce your fees. By paying your invoices wisely and getting most out of your payment transactions, you will save time and money.

MASTER BILL KILL
1000 Extra points = NOK 1
Basic points can be earned by Ninja and Master Bill Kill, they count towards status and belt level. We are working on more belt benefits that will be launched later.
Extra points are reserved for Master Bill Kill'ers only. You'll therefore lose the remaining Extra points one month after the end of your MBK subscription, unless you subscribe again before the month has passed.
Go to "Ninja Power" or "My Zen points" from Profile, then you'll see an overview of all your Basic Points and Extra Points in the history. Please note that only completed actions will appear in the history. In other words, if you have approved an invoice, you will see your points once the amount has been remitted to the recipient.
The following will happen, based on whether the person you recruit will signup for a subscription or not, and whether you are a Ninja or Master Bill Kill.
Ninja recruits Ninja:
Basic points will be rewarded after 14 days of membership
Ninja recruits MBK:
Zen points are rewarded after the cancellation period is over in 14 days
MBK recruits Ninja:
Zen points will be rewarded after 14 days of membership
MBK recruits MBK:
Zen points are rewarded after the cancellation period is over in 14 days
We would like to point out that abuse of the recruitment system can lead to the closure of the account and the withdrawal of Zen points.

If an action has been completed and you do not find earned Zen points in the history, contact support@billkill.no when three months have passed after the complited task.
No, it is not possible to combine both codes at the same time. You must choose one.
There could be several reasons for that.
You do not have enough extra points.
You have canceled your Master Bill Kill subscription. You can see your extra points until they are deleted, 1 month. after you have canceled the subscription menu, but you cannot use them until you possibly take out a subscription again.
You are in a grace period, which means that the points you have earned are "pending", but have not been credited to you yet. It may be that the invoice you earned points by approving has not yet been remitted, or that the person you recruited has not yet signed up as a Master Bill Kill.
