Vad är Zen?
Zen är Bill Kills eget belöningssystem för dig med Master Bill Kill eller +Biz. Det består av två poängtyper, grundpoäng och extrapoäng, som du tjänar så länge du har Master eller +Biz.
Grundpoäng räknas mot status och bältesnivå. Extrapoäng kan användas för att täcka transaktionsavgifter.
Du tjänar Zen-poäng genom att använda appen, till exempel genom att godkänna fakturor, värva vänner eller ha ett aktivt abonnemang.
I menyn ”Zen” i appen kan du när som helst se dina poäng och din historik.
Grundpoäng:
Din progression i appen. Dessa poäng avgör din bältesnivå och låser upp unika förmåner.
Extrapoäng:
Din digitala valuta som kan användas för att täcka transaktionsavgifter.

MASTER BILL KILL
1 000 Extrapoäng motsvarar 1 krona.
Både grundpoäng och extrapoäng tjänas av användare med Master Bill Kill eller +Biz. Grundpoäng räknas mot status och bältesnivå. Extrapoäng kan användas för att täcka transaktionsavgifter.
Zen-poäng är förbehållet användare med Master Bill Kill och +Biz. Du förlorar därför eventuella kvarvarande extrapoäng två månader efter att abonnemanget har avslutats. Om du tecknar ett nytt abonnemang inom två månader behåller du dina kvarvarande extrapoäng.
Gå till fliken ”Power” eller ”Mina Zen-poäng” i fliken ”Profil”. Där får du en fullständig översikt över alla dina Grundpoäng och Extrapoäng samt din historik.
Observera att endast slutförda aktiviteter visas i historiken. Om du till exempel har godkänt en faktura kommer poängen först att registreras efter att fakturabeloppet har betalats till mottagaren.
Värvningspremien beror på om personen du har värvat tecknar ett abonnemang eller inte, och om du själv är Ninja eller Master Bill Kill.
Värvningspremien registreras först 14 dagar efter att ett Master- eller +Biz-abonnemang har tecknats.
Vi vill uppmärksamma att missbruk av värvningsprogrammet kan leda till att kontot stängs och att intjänade Zen-poäng förverkas.
For norwegian users:
1. Once you have been identified with BankID and accept receipt of the eFaktura at Bill Kill (during the registration process), you will automatically see all your unprocessed eFaktura in the app.
By "unprocessed" we mean invoices that haven't been approved for payment, changed, deleted or canceled on your online bank. As Bill Kill is dynamic with the banks, an eFaktura you process in Bill Kill will disappear from other online bank platforms and vice versa. The same applies if you have several bank customer relationships.
2. If you managed to skip the approval of the e-invoice during the registration process, you can accept by going to PROFILE - EFAKTURA - RECEIVE EFAKTURA.
3. Very rarely you might experience that your eFaktura-alias is in use by someone else, preferably someone in your family or from your household. Then you must contact your bank and change your eFaktura alias which is your email address to be able to use Bill Kill with eFaktura.
For swedish users:
We are working to ensure that Swedish users also receive all their e-invoices in Bill Kill, but at the moment Swedish e-invoices are not automatically included in the app.
Zen-poäng blir synliga när fakturabeloppet har betalats ut till mottagaren.
Nej, det är inte möjligt att kombinera både en värvningskod och en rabattkod vid tecknande av abonnemang. Du måste välja en av dem.
Det kan bero på flera orsaker.
• Du har inte tillräckligt med Extrapoäng tillgängliga.
• Du har sagt upp ditt Master Bill Kill-abonnemang. Du kan fortfarande se dina Extrapoäng i upp till en månad efter uppsägningen, men du kan inte använda dem om du inte tecknar abonnemanget igen.
• Dina poäng är i vänteläge. Det innebär att den aktivitet som ger poäng ännu inte har slutförts. Detta kan till exempel inträffa om fakturan du godkände ännu inte har betalats ut till mottagaren, eller om personen du har värvat inte har tecknat Master Bill Kill.
What is Zen?

Exclusive access to Zen Rewards:
The Zen program is now being refined to focus on our most active users. It will no longer be available at the Ninja level and will going forward be exclusive to Master and +Biz users.
Important!
If your Master or +Biz subscription is cancelled, your Zen points will be deleted after 60 days.

Get ready for competition! Soon, you’ll be able to compete for top rankings based on belt level and base points. You can choose whether to participate using your full name or an anonymous alias, and compete by country or city.
Important information:
Commercial entities are not allowed to participate in the Zen program or on the Leaderboard.
You earn bonus points when you:
• sign up for a Master Bill Kill or +Biz subscription
• approve invoices
• refer a friend or get referred
MASTER BILL KILL
1000 Extra points = NOK 1
Both basic points and Extra points are earned by users with Master Bill Kill or +Biz. Basic points count toward your status and belt level. Extra points can be used to cover transaction fees.
Zen points are reserved for users with Master Bill Kill and +Biz. Any remaining bonus points will therefore be lost two months after the subscription is cancelled. If you sign up for a new subscription within two months, you keep your remaining bonus points.
Go to "Ninja Power" or "My Zen points" from Profile, then you'll see an overview of all your Basic Points and Extra Points in the history. Please note that only completed actions will appear in the history. In other words, if you have approved an invoice, you will see your points once the amount has been remitted to the recipient.
The referral reward depends on whether the person you referred signs up for a subscription or not, and whether you are a Ninja or Master Bill Kill user.
The reward is credited 14 days after a Master or +Biz subscription is signed up for.
Please note that misuse of the referral program may result in account suspension and loss of earned Zen points.

If an action has been completed and you do not find earned Zen points in the history, contact support@billkill.no when three months have passed after the complited task.
No, it is not possible to combine both codes at the same time. You must choose one.
There could be several reasons for that.
You do not have enough extra points.
You have canceled your Master Bill Kill subscription. You can see your extra points until they are deleted, 1 month. after you have canceled the subscription menu, but you cannot use them until you possibly take out a subscription again.
You are in a grace period, which means that the points you have earned are "pending", but have not been credited to you yet. It may be that the invoice you earned points by approving has not yet been remitted, or that the person you recruited has not yet signed up as a Master Bill Kill.
