Steps to request account deletion
Option 1: Through the Bill Kill app (recommended)
For the fastest processing, log in to the Bill Kill app.
Go to Profile → tap Help → choose Delete my account.
Option 2: Online request form
If you don’t have access to the app or prefer to submit your request online, you can send us an email at support@billkill.no or use our contact form.
Please include your registered email address, and clearly state: "Request for account deletion" in your message.
Data that will be deleted and data that may be retained
Once your request is processed, the following will be permanently deleted:
