Hva er Zen?
Zen er Bill Kills eget belønningssystem. Zen består av to poenggrupper:
Grunnpoeng og Ekstrapoeng.
Grunnpoeng kan opptjenes av alle, og teller mot status og beltenivå. Ekstrapoeng er forbeholdt Master Bill Kill & +Biz, og kan kun opptjenes og brukes av de som har et aktivt abonnement. Ekstrapoeng kan brukes til å dekke transaksjonsgebyrer.
Du kan opptjene Zen-poeng ved å utføre ulike handlinger i appen, for eksempel godkjenne faktura, verve en venn eller tegne et Master Bill Kill eller +Biz abonnement.
I menyen «Power» kan du til enhver tid se dine Grunnpoeng og Ekstrapoeng, samt din historikk.
Ved å være en aktiv bruker kan du redusere transaksjonsgebyrene dine, med Zen.
Du kan tjene Ekstrapoeng ved å være aktiv i Bill Kill.
Ekstrapoeng gis blant annet når du:
• godkjenner faktura
• verver en venn eller selv blir vervet
• tegner et Master- eller +Biz-abonnement
MASTER BILL KILL
1000 Ekstrapoeng tilsvarer 1 krone.
Grunnpoeng kan opptjenes av alle. Ekstrapoeng kan kun opptjenes som Master Bill Kill & +Biz, og kan brukes til å dekke transaksjonsgebyrer.
Ekstrapoeng er forbeholdt brukere med Master Bill Kill & +Bi. Du mister derfor eventuelle gjenværende Ekstrapoeng en måned etter at abonnementet er avsluttet. Dersom du tegner et nytt abonnement innen en måned, så beholder du gjennværende Ekstrapoeng.
Gå til «Power» fanen eller «Mine Zen-poeng» i «Profil» fanen. Der får du en full oversikt over alle dine Grunnpoeng og Ekstrapoeng i historikken.
Vær oppmerksom på at bare fullførte handlinger vises i historikken. Hvis du for eksempel har godkjent en faktura, vil poengene først bli bokført atter at fakurabeløpet er remittert til mottaker.
Vervepremien avhenger av om personen du vervet tegner abonnement eller ikke, og om du selv er Ninja eller Master Bill Kill.

Vi gjør oppmerksom på at misbruk av verveprogrammet kan føre til stenging av konto og tap av opptjente Zen-poeng.
For norwegian users:
1. Once you have been identified with BankID and accept receipt of the eFaktura at Bill Kill (during the registration process), you will automatically see all your unprocessed eFaktura in the app.
By "unprocessed" we mean invoices that haven't been approved for payment, changed, deleted or canceled on your online bank. As Bill Kill is dynamic with the banks, an eFaktura you process in Bill Kill will disappear from other online bank platforms and vice versa. The same applies if you have several bank customer relationships.
2. If you managed to skip the approval of the e-invoice during the registration process, you can accept by going to PROFILE - EFAKTURA - RECEIVE EFAKTURA.
3. Very rarely you might experience that your eFaktura-alias is in use by someone else, preferably someone in your family or from your household. Then you must contact your bank and change your eFaktura alias which is your email address to be able to use Bill Kill with eFaktura.
For swedish users:
We are working to ensure that Swedish users also receive all their e-invoices in Bill Kill, but at the moment Swedish e-invoices are not automatically included in the app.
Zen poeng blir synlige når fakturabeløpet er remittert til mottaker.
Nei, det er ikke mulig å kombinere både vervekode og rabattkode ved tegning av abonnement. Du må velge en av dem.
Det kan skyldes flere forhold.
• Du har ikke nok Ekstrapoeng tilgjengelig.
• Du har sagt opp Master Bill Kill abonnementet ditt. Du kan fortsatt se Ekstrapoengene dine i opptil én måned etter oppsigelsen, men du kan ikke bruke dem med mindre du tegner abonnement igjen.
• Poengene dine er i ventestatus. Det betyr at handlingen som gir poeng ikke er fullført enda. Dette kan skje hvis fakturaen du godkjente ikke er utbetalt til mottakeren, eller hvis personen du har vervet ikke har tegnet Master Bill Kill.
What is Zen?
Zen is Bill Kill's own rewards system. Zen consists of two point groups;
Basic points and Extra points.
Basic points can be earned by Ninja and Master Bill Kill, and are counted towards the status and belt level. Extra points are reserved for Master Bill Kill, and can only be earned and used by those with an active subscription. Extra points can be used to pay fees in a payment transaction.
As a user, you can earn Zen points by performing various actions in the app, such as paying an invoice by the due date, recruiting a friend or signing a Master Bill Kill subscription. A final list will be published later.
Under "Ninja Power", you'll see all your Basic Points and Extra Points, as well as your consumption history of Zen at all times. Be an active user and reduce your fees. By paying your invoices wisely and getting most out of your payment transactions, you will save time and money.

MASTER BILL KILL
1000 Extra points = NOK 1
Basic points can be earned by Ninja and Master Bill Kill, they count towards status and belt level. We are working on more belt benefits that will be launched later.
Extra points are reserved for Master Bill Kill'ers only. You'll therefore lose the remaining Extra points one month after the end of your MBK subscription, unless you subscribe again before the month has passed.
Go to "Ninja Power" or "My Zen points" from Profile, then you'll see an overview of all your Basic Points and Extra Points in the history. Please note that only completed actions will appear in the history. In other words, if you have approved an invoice, you will see your points once the amount has been remitted to the recipient.
The following will happen, based on whether the person you recruit will signup for a subscription or not, and whether you are a Ninja or Master Bill Kill.
Ninja recruits Ninja:
Basic points will be rewarded after 14 days of membership
Ninja recruits MBK:
Zen points are rewarded after the cancellation period is over in 14 days
MBK recruits Ninja:
Zen points will be rewarded after 14 days of membership
MBK recruits MBK:

We would like to point out that abuse of the recruitment system can lead to the closure of the account and the withdrawal of Zen points.

If an action has been completed and you do not find earned Zen points in the history, contact support@billkill.no when three months have passed after the complited task.
No, it is not possible to combine both codes at the same time. You must choose one.
There could be several reasons for that.
You do not have enough extra points.
You have canceled your Master Bill Kill subscription. You can see your extra points until they are deleted, 1 month. after you have canceled the subscription menu, but you cannot use them until you possibly take out a subscription again.
You are in a grace period, which means that the points you have earned are "pending", but have not been credited to you yet. It may be that the invoice you earned points by approving has not yet been remitted, or that the person you recruited has not yet signed up as a Master Bill Kill.
